Perhaps you find you are not motivated at work or maybe you feel like you have lost the connection with your spouse. Life generally is okay but something feels off and you just can’t put your finger on it.

Brief Coaching Wellness Sessions are designed to be short term and based on practical advice to put you back on the track. The tools and techniques offered in these sessions are designed to alleviate the stress you are currently feeling. These programs are a great match for people who may not necessarily qualify for a complete mental health therapy program but still need some guidance to cope with life better.

1. Feeling unmotivated– Such as lack of motivation at work, at home, or loss of interest in projects you are typically into. You may lack the energy to take care of daily needs or chores. Possibly as bad as occasionally finding it hard to even get out of bed, but sure it is not a clinical depression. 2. Stressed out– If you are feeling more stressed than usual than you can benefit from these sessions. A normal amount of stress is actually good for you but if you find yourself always in a state of stress that can cause damage and we can help you manage it. 3. Family Troubles– Family is the most important thing in the world but if you are facing some significant issues related to your family then you can book a brief coaching wellness session as well. Maybe find a root cause and help you find a path to heal it.

These sessions are not meant to conduct a thorough mental health evaluation but to provide brief support. These are meant to be a safe place for you to talk about and deal with the situation at hand and help you with immediate actions you can take. They will provide you with great information and advice that will work to help you get past your troubles a little faster and smoother than dealing with them by yourself.

Note: ● These sessions are not covered by insurance plans. These are out of pocket services only. ● You must be 18 or older to qualify for these sessions ● You can buy 3 sessions for $150 or $60 for a single session. A maximum of 6 sessions can be avail. If you wish to continue for more than 6 sessions, you need to avail a regular therapy session that is paid by your insurance plan.
